An epic month for love and friendship.
The income numbers aren’t as mind-blowing as last month.
HOWEVER, one of the best months for fun EVER.
My partner in crime (Lindsay) and I enjoyed taking a scooter around Koh Tao.
She’s a really adventurous and entertaining human. (will get to some of this later…)
But aside from the fun and shenanigans, I actually did a little “work” in November…
Let’s not get carried away, though…
I’m still a slacker at heart!
Traffic Stats — Launch Aftermath
The biggest surprise of my Zero Hour Work Days launch was not grossing over $40,000 in revenue.
It was the impact ZHWD had on my brand.
Without even trying my YouTube channel traffic has increased by 60% post launch.
For awhile, I hit the plateau of 100k views per month.
Now my goal is to reach 200k and beyond:
I am a firm believer in LEVERAGE.
Any time there’s an opportunity to cross promote your brand… TAKE IT.
This all started a few years ago with just emails.
YouTube was the next thing that I spent my time on. What a lot of people don’t realize is that my YouTube channel is largely picking up BECAUSE of my email list.
I regularly send email traffic to my videos.
When I do this, I make a LOT LESS MONEY.
To someone looking for the “get rich quick” solution, building up a social following would not be attractive.
However, once you decide that you’re in this for the long term, then you can start taking action accordingly.
One of my favourite Tony Robbins quotes:
“Most people overestimate what they can do in a year and they underestimate what they can do in two or three decades.”
Instead of taking this literally, I like to look at it on a smaller scale.
Your first couple months of growing a youtube channel is probably going to suck.
Not for everyone, but for pretty much all new YouTube publishers.
I’d say 99.9% of new channels don’t take off within the first 6 months. But you probably know I just made that stat up.
You get the point though, right?
You will not build a business or following overnight.
But if you keep persistent, then eventually you will reap the rewards. And usually the benefits of a quality brand will last WAY longer than a product (or even an email list).
What if I don’t like to create videos?
Who cares?
YouTube is only one example of many.
There’s also follower opportunities on:
- Tumblr
- Snapchat
- Vine
To name a few….
There is no reason to put off building your tribe.
I’ve even created a new FaceBook Group this month called “Friends of Freedom”
This is going to be yet another platform to build connections with like-minded people.
Whatever you do…. Don’t think small.
Find your platform and build your following!
What I Created This Month — Four New Videos
My expectation was that nothing would get done this month.
I couldn’t help myself, and actually published four new videos.
The first one was on “making $100 a day”
In a nutshell, this one shared the power of review videos.
Now a bunch of people are gonna hate it.
Why?
People usually HATE putting in any kind of work.
That being said, this is a legitimately AMAZING strategy.
Two of the Top 3 Zero Hour Work Days Affiliates used ONLY ONE video to bring in over $600 in commissions each.
For less than 15 minutes of any real “work,” Jonas Lindgren made $700+
And the commissions are still rolling in.
Some of it is obvious, but there are a couple tricks in the above video.
Watch it, if $600 in 15 minutes sounds cool to you.
The next video was on How to Create a Website for FREE
This was a sponsored video from Wix.com
They paid me $1,500 to create and publish it on my channel.
Although this is the first time I’ve published a sponsored video, it’s not even close to the first time I’ve been offered.
A bunch of sketchy CPA networks and tools have offered me thousands of dollars to publish a video on them.
I will NOT do a sponsored video, unless it adds value to my subscribers.
The trust of my followers is worth WAY more than a couple grand.
Get back to me with six figures and I’ll hear you out….
… Just kidding.
Overall, WordPress and Wix are the ideal website solutions on the web.
The third video was on brand building:
While on my travels, I ran into Desmond Ong at his seminar.
It really struck me how important brand building is for a sustainable business.
Which is why I’m even bringing it up throughout this income report.
Not my favourite video I’ve created, but the advice is on point.
And the final video… On launching a digital product:
Make no mistakes about it…
This video gives the insights behind my $40k product launch.
The difficulty level is a little high on this one.
I guarantee that if you’re just starting out, most of it will go way over your head.
At least, it would have for me even a few months ago.
This is something that you can pull off. But you probably want to start with building a list before getting into creating a digital product.
There’s nothing stopping you from diving into product launching first.
But I do warn you that there are a LOT of sharks around.
It’s hard to get your product to demand attention over other big name marketers.
Fortunately, I’ve been doing this long enough that I had the support of many marketing friends.
Without the help of my business friends and YouTube following, my launch wouldn’t have been even close to $10k, let alone FORTY!!
So if you follow my YouTube channel, I genuinely thank you for any and all support.
I hope I can repay the favour by sharing what I’ve learned along the way.

Let’s do the calculations.
$16,948.25 – $4,154.03 = $12,794.22
Grand Total = $12,794.22
This is a MASSIVE drop from last month.
Which was to be expected, because of October’s product launch.
Really, though, this is my second best month for income EVER.
So without a doubt, I am very happy with the results.
Especially while putting in “zero hour work days”
2017 is almost here, and I expect BIG THINGS to come.
What I Was Up to?
I had a blast in November.
Went to the Full Moon Party in Koh Phangan with Lindsay.
Which was actually pretty dang cool.
Because it happened to be the SUPER MOON.
We may have partied a little too hard in the beginning, though.
Lindsay and I were back in bed by 10 o’clock. LOL.
Before the full moon, we went to Koh Tao.
Which is actually my favourite island in the whole world.
Seriously guys!!!
If you could only pick one Thailand island, make sure that it’s Koh Tao. Everyone that goes there falls in love. And for good reason!!
Here’s us playing beer pong at the local bar:
The other girl’s name is Tess.
Also a beautiful human.
Hope you enjoyed the income report, folks.
Please drop me a line in the comments.
As always, thanks for reading! 🙂
