It’s been a wild week.
Seven days ago I launched the course Zero Hour Work Days
In this post, I’m going to show you how it grossed over $25,000 in revenue.
… And made a nice $13,146.38 (and counting…) in profit.
There are a few things to do here:
- Create a sales page
- Create a product
- Get people to promote it
To make this as simple as possible, let’s get to these one at a time.
The first thing was creating a high converting sales page
A lot followers have asked me who I hired for this…
This one was actually created by myself.

For #1 Best Selling Products on WarriorPlus, this is a pretty sales page.
There are two reasons why I kept it fairly clean.
1) Authenticity Sells Better than Flashy
2) Minimal design skills
I was never an artist. Usually my pages are a little on the sloppy side.
Which can actually increase the amount of sales.
This is my opinion.
Sure you have to make the steak sizzle in the pan…
…but you don’t want to be to sales-y either.
Pages with all the bells and whistles look really cool. And definitely still get a lot of sales, because of their impressiveness.
But look at which sales page has the highest “visitor value”
You guessed it…
Zero Hour Work Days has the highest “visitor value” among top WarriorPlus products.
What does visitor value mean?
This term means the amount of money made for affiliates on average per visitor.
My visitor value means that $2 are earned for every affiliate visitor sent to my page.
That’s high!
And a lot of it has to do with it feeling and looking real.
… in other words: imperfect.
How did I create this sales page?
This sales page and funnel was created with ClickFunnels.
I put off getting Clickfunnels for a long time.
But after a lot of growth in my business, it became an obvious addition that I couldn’t ignore any longer.
ClickFunnels creates:
- Sales funnels
- Membership sites
- Webinars
- Lead capture pages
- and much more
One downside to using something like ClickFunnels is that it costs $97/month.
That’s a price that puts a lot of people off.
However, when you consider what ClickFunnels can do, it really is an “all-in-one” solution.
In this case, I used it for the sales page and the membership site.
That means the actual product Zero Hour Work Days is hosted on CF.
How Did I Create the Product?
The truth is, people don’t want PDF’s anymore.
Most of us have a dozen+ collecting virtual dust on the hard drive.
Why add another one?
It’s a good question.
What people really want these days is VIDEO.
That’s something that I actually enjoy doing.
You can see a bunch of my videos for free by checking out my YouTube channel.
Creating the course was simple.
Put together the videos, and then organize them within a CF membership area.
After creating the videos, it really only took about an hour to move them into the training area.

Zero Hour Work Days has 13 training modules.
As well as some cool unannounced bonuses.
For this product, I knew I wanted to make it as high quality as possible.
This would get some extra sales through organic conversations, and would also lower my refund rate.
Most WarriorPlus products have a 10%+ refund rate.
ZHWD currently has a refund rate below 1%…
That’s pretty cool!!
Means that customers are happy.
Which should make any well intended product creator happy, too 🙂
How Did I Sell Zero Hour Work Days?
This is probably the tricky part for most of us.
Creating videos is straightforward.
It might scare you to death, but hey, you know how it’s done.
The sales page is also pretty easy.
I mean everyone knows what people want to hear:
That it’s going to be:
- easy
- fast
And of course you could get good results.
As easy as it is to promise these things, it’s just as important to deliver them.
The design is taken care of by ClickFunnels. So no worries there!!
The secret sauce(s) is really this.
- You need to have a big audience
- You need affiliates
Or you need a combination of the two.
Even though my reputation with my subscribers is exceptional.
… on both YouTube and by email.
Not a lot of other affiliates or product creators know me.
So actually, the biggest challenge of this launch was getting affiliates to promote ZHWD.
What is an Affiliate?
This is a person that will send traffic to your sales page for free.
What they want in exchange is a percentage of the money made from that traffic.
In this launch, I giveaway a little over 50% of the earnings to affiliates.
I would never giveaway less than that.
If it’s not in the best interest of the affiliate, you’ll really struggle to get anyone.
How Did I Attract Big Name Affiliates?
For me, I really didn’t have many big names on launch day.
That meant that most of the first day sales came from yours truly
I created a video on YouTube with a soft sell of ZHWD.
The video is here:
I was shocked with the results.
Immediately, I was hit with $2,500 worth of sales from this ONE VIDEO.
Or at least mostly from this video.
I didn’t promote it much elsewhere.
Because I was able to generate these sales, it catapulted ZHWD to the best selling product on WarriorPlus.
That got me ATTENTION.
Now affiliates were noticing me, and I got a bunch of people to join on the launch.
With the help of these affiliates, I was able to gross well over $25,000 in revenue.
Yes, Zero Hour Work Days generated over $25,000 dollars in cold hard cash.
I want to thank each and every one of you that made this commitment.
Although I make money separate from this product, it meant a lot to be given so much support from my loyal follower.
I will NEVER forget how important you are to my success.
And, of course, I will continue to try and get you there!!
What to Do with No Affiliates and No Audience?
Most people reading this are not in my situation.
They don’t have 27,000+ YouTube subscribers to send at will to your product.
In that case, this is what you need to do.
Be an affiliate marketer for other product creators.
Introduce yourself to these people.
When you generate a good promotion for a product creator, they will remember your name, and most will want to promote you back.
Which means you really want to master affiliate marketing first.
… And then launch a product with your affiliate-built connections.
Other thing….
I had some cool affiliates that decided to jump on this launch because they liked my product.
There is an awful lot of crap out there.
So if you create something that is genuinely of significant value, some of the good guys will have your back for it.
A guy named Tony Sheppard sent over 130 sales to my launch.
Which generated over $1,300 worth of affiliate revenue.
I had never met this guy before, he was just a nice guy that wanted to promote something that was good quality.

It’s not a business model for everyone.
